WHY PLANT TREES?

 

80%: Approximately 80% of the world's forests have already been destroyed, causing a 52% reduction in wildlife.
 
2.5 Million: Every day 2.5 million trees are cut down across the world. The main cause of this mass deforestation is animal agriculture.
    28,000: Around 28,000 species are going to become extinct in the next 25 years from habitat loss.
      70%: Around 70% of the earth's land animals and plants live in forests. Without this habitat, they will struggle to survive.
        1/2: Half of the world's oxygen is produced from tree's. The other half comes from the ocean.
          1/4: 1 in 4 modern medicines began as plants and trees in our forests, with more to come.
